Q1. How do I customise my item?
A1. You can Whatsapp us at 90287046 the details of your customisation and we will advise you accordingly.
Q2. Will I receive a receipt after I place my order?
A2. An e-receipt will be sent to the email address that you indicated when you check out. No physical receipt will be given.
Q3. Why is there a range of price? How do I know the exact price of the item I want to purchase?
A3. If the item shows a range of price, there are different options that you can select for the listing. Select all the options and a fixed price will be shown.
Q4. Can I cancel and refund my order?
A4. We do not accept cancellation of orders once they are made.
Q5. Can I walk in and make a purchase?
A5. All orders have to be made online and paid fully before we can process the order for delivery/collection. We do not accept walk-ins.
Delivery Related
Q6. Will I be notified after delivery is completed?
A6. An email notification will be sent to you after delivery is done (you might want to check your junk mail).
Q7.Will I be notified before delivery is made?
A7. No notification will be sent. We will only call the recipient if nobody is at the delivery location.
Q8. What happens if nobody is home when the delivery is made?
A8. We will call the recipient when we are at the door. If nobody answers the call after multiple attempts, we will leave the item at the doorstep and take a photo proof. We will not be liable for any lost/damaged item(s).
Q9. Can I specify timing for my delivery?
A9. Free delivery will be made between 9am-6pm, timing cannot be specified. If you wish to specify a 1hour time slot, you can arrange for Grab Express Instatnt delivery (car) to pick up and deliver the item for you.
Q10. How is Ninja Van delivery different from the normal delivery (seller delivery)
A10. Ninja Van is a third party logistics company that offers tracked parcel delivery which takes about 3-5 working days to deliver. We only use Ninja Van services for small parcels such as plushies and small jars as they are unlikely to be damaged during Ninja Van delivery. The delivery date cannot be specified.
Care for flowers
Q11. How do I care for my flowers?
A11. For dried & preserved flowers, keep them away from direct sunlight & moisture so they will retain their colour and will not get mouldy.
Q12. My preserved roses look wet/darker in colour, what should I do?
A11. Singapore is humid, moisture might get into the preserved roses if they are not kept in an enclosed jar. You can use a hair dryer to dry up the moisture. Hold the hair dryer about 20-30cm away from the flower and dry it for a minute.
