Freshness policy
At Gifts from Rudo, we guarantee that your orders of flowers and other items will arrive fresh and in good condition. If the flowers or items you receive are not in good condition, Gifts from Rudo will deliver another item of equivalent value at no charge. We seek your cooperation to inform us immediately so we are able to verify and solve the matter smoothly.

Order and Payment Policies
Orders can either be made through online via Credit Card payment or through whatsapp to 90287046 (if customisation is needed) and pay via paylah/paynow/ibanking. Orders should be placed at least 24 hours in advance. For same day delivery/collection, only selected products are available. Please check with us for availability before ordering.

Delivery Policies
At Gifts from Rudo, we make every effort to deliver your items within the stated time slot. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery is not made within the agreed hours, Gifts from Rudo will, upon your request, send you a complimentary bouquet of flowers. If recipient is not at delivery address when the delivery is made, recipient can either choose to arrange for another delivery (charges apply) or self-collect later.
We do not deliver to restricted areas such as military camps, Jurong Island and so on. Extra charges will be levied for areas like Sentosa.
Delivery Time:
9am - 6pm (We do not cater to specific timing)
Free delivery for all Products over $40 (doesn't apply for helium balloons). Delivery timing is between 9am-6pm, timing cannot be specified.
Small products that are less than $40 can be self-collected at 287B Jurong East st 21 s602287 by appointment between 8am-10pm.
Helium Balloon delivery are charged at $20 per trip (select a 1 hour delivery slot e.g. 5-6pm)
